Before you book
How much does a clean cost?
Deep cleaning and end of tenancy are priced by property size: £120 for one bedroom, £180 for two, £230 for three, £280 for four and £330 for five. Extra bathrooms are £25 each beyond the first. Standard cleaning is £50 for the first two hours and £22 for every hour after. Commercial, Airbnb, after builders and window cleaning are quoted individually. Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We arrive with professional cleaning materials and equipment as standard. If you'd prefer we use specific products on particular surfaces, tell us when you book and we'll work with them.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
No. Plenty of our customers arrange access and leave us to it. We'll agree how we get in and out before the day, and let you know when the job is finished.
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
A full clean of every room, including inside kitchen appliances and cupboards, descaling bathrooms, skirtings, doors, frames, switches, and interior windows and sills. Carpet cleaning can be added at £35 per room and oven cleaning for £80 (single door) or £120 (double door) — both cheaper than booking them on their own.
Can I book oven or carpet cleaning on its own?
Yes. Oven cleaning on its own is £100 for a single door oven and £150 for a double. Carpet cleaning on its own is £50 per bedroom and £70 for a living room. Both cost less when added to a deep clean or end of tenancy job — £80 or £120 for the oven, and £35 per room for carpets.
What happens if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll return and put it right. That applies to every job, not just end of tenancy work.
How far ahead do I need to book?
A few days is usually enough, and we can often fit in urgent jobs sooner. End of tenancy cleans around month-end get booked up quickly, so give us as much notice as you can for those.
